Halloween Kayak or Paddle Board Costume Contest
This is a fun free Halloween Event for the community. How ever each person going, must sign waiver and text Shannon at 503-877-8449 that is participating. Must wear life vest and paddle at you're own risk. 3 costume prize giveaway's at 2pm. Must wear life vest to qualify.
