About the event

This is a fun annual BBQ Agate Rock Contest that is BBQ catered along the river bar known to find agates of all sizes. Prize giveaways for largest agates, music food and fun! This is a good 4 hour day from start to finish. It takes 45mins to paddle upstream (this is NOT recommended) for first time paddlers. Than 2hrs searching for agates, music & food & ejoying cooling off in the river. Before 30 mins to float back. Recommend, hat, sunscreen, and water shoes. This is a community event. If you have your own kayak, it's only $15 includes food. If you need a kayak rental its $60 and also includes food and gear. Kayak Rentals will be using sit on tops, making it easy to look for agates. For safety purposes for kayak rentals. NO taller then 6'1" and 240pds and less. Text 503-877-8449 for availability.     This ticket is for people who has their own kayak. This covers cost of event & meal. You can choose to purchase entry if you have your own kayak or kayak rental & entry. Tickets covers cost of event & meal ticket. No refunds unless we cancel due to weather, or you cannot attend new event date due to weather. Or you can get a credit.

  • KAYAK RENTAL & meal

    This is for people who needs a kayak rental and meal ticket. This does not include a drink. You are responsible for your own drink. Kayak rentals include the gear. Will be in expected to arrive by 6pm and stay during entire duration. So kayaks are not left by them selves . For safety purposes, must be 230pds or less and 6’1” or shorter. No refunds, unless I cancel due to bad weather, and you can not make new date. Or you can receive a credit good for one year. Everyone must send text to confirm.
